Same-Day Local Delivery
We currently offer same-day local delivery in the GTA region (See map). If you are out of the designated delivery range, please contact us to see if your address is still eligible.
There are two delivery time slots which will determine when your order will be received:
For orders before 4pm: Your order will be delivered between 4-7pm.
For orders after 4pm: Your order will be delivered between 8-11pm.
For orders after 8pm: Your order will be delivered the next day.
After placing your order, you will receive a direct text message or call from your GX Representative who will confirm your order.
We offer Tracked Express Canada-Wide Shipping through Canada Post. National orders are sent out at 4pm and will usually take 3-5 business days to deliver.
Currently we only take EMT payments for National orders and BTC or ETH payments for preorders. If paying with cryptocurrency, please contact us directly.
We gladly accept Cash, EMT (E-transfer) and Cryptocurrency (ETH/BTC) payments.
Cash payments are only available for local deliveries. Please note our GX couriers do not carry change.
EMT payment instructions are given by email after your order has been processed. Please follow the instructions by sending the EMT using the specified address and security question/answers.
If paying by crypto, please send your payment to these addresses. Please note your order will not be sent out until your payment has been received. Allow 15-30 minutes for confirmation.

How do I become a member?
In order to become a member you must verify your identity. This includes providing government photo ID and a selfie of yourself holding your ID.

Once you have been verified, you do not have to provide ID for future orders.

Is it safe to order with you?
Your security is our priority. Our drivers are highly trained to ensure that your package is delivered to you quickly and discreetly with courtesy. For added protection, your package is always sealed to ensure it has not been tampered with during delivery.

How do I place an order?
You’ll want to place your order through our website at GreensXclusive.com to earn GX Points with every purchase. GX Points are our loyalty incentive which you can redeem for further discounts or Xclusive products! How far do you deliver in the GTA?
These are the areas that are considered Local GTA ($15 delivery): Toronto (downtown), Etobicoke, Markham, Scarborough, Pickering, East York, North York
Outer GTA ($25 delivery): Mississauga, Brampton, Stouffville, Ajax, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oshawa
If you live outside of these areas you must contact us before placing an order. Note that there is a $15 discount on delivery for orders over $100.
What is your return policy?
Currently we do not provide refunds all sales are final. For defective products, please contact us and, you may be eligible for a credit on your next purchase.
